Burbage is a large village with a population of 16,500, situated just off the M69 motorway midway between Leicester and Coventry, and providing easy access to both the M1 and M6 motorways. Hinckley is also on the rail network with frequent services to Coventry, Birmingham, as well as Leicester and beyond.
The church is found in the midst of a large mixed housing area that was being developed around the time the church was built. In the early 1990’s the church initiated the building of the sheltered housing complex known as Higham Way House and we continue to maintain good relationships with the residents and staff. There is a large common on the outskirts of Burbage and a number of green areas within the village boundary. The village is expanding and will continue to expand with significant new housing developments around the periphery both commenced and in the planning pipeline.
